Job summary

Sonic (Internet and Phone) is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment, handling high-volume requisitions across departments and collaborating with HR team members to create an exceptional candidate experience. You will post roles, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and drive onboarding with the TA team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruitment/hiring experience and open position management.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS software.
• Experience using HRIS reporting tools.
• Experience delivering a positive new hire experience.
• Excellent organizational skills managing many candidates and documents.
• Familiar with major recruitment tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, Lever, ZazzHR, BambooHR).

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume workload of open requisitions across multiple departments and business functions.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting, including posting positions, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and initiating onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting support throughout the hiring process.
• Build knowledge of company departments, roles, and business functions to effectively assess and match talent.
• Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences through proactive communication and white-glove service.
• Coordinate offers, background checks, onboarding documentation, and pre-employment requirements.
• Ensure a seamless handoff to onboarding teams and support new hires through the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data, candidate records, requisition tracking, and hiring metrics.
• Represent the company professionally and promote a positive employer brand throughout the candidate journey.

Position Summary

The Recruiting Specialist will assist with handling the full life cycle of our organization's open requisitions procuring top talent to join our growing teams. This position partners with the TA Manager, TA Specialist, and other HR team members to cultivate an extraordinary candidate and employee experience.

Must Haves

• Experience instilling a positive new hire experience from start to finish.
• Excellent organizational skills with many candidates, documents, tracking sheets, etc.
• Experience using recruitment tools/ATSs such as Greenhouse, Linkedin Recruiter, Bullhorn, Lever, ZazzHR, BambooHR, etc.
• Ability to juggle multiple candidates in different stages of interview/hiring process, keep track of offers and new hires, documentation, etc.
