Job summary

Sela is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to help scale our team in San Francisco. You’ll own day-to-day candidate scheduling, logistics, and the candidate experience, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to move fast.

This high‑agency role rewards initiative and reliability, with a hybrid schedule in SF four days on-site and a remote day midweek. You’ll improve workflows and contribute to a scalable recruiting operation.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience preferred.
• Open to exceptional early-career candidates who are fast, smart and reliable.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and candidate logistics from first interview through offer.
• Communicate directly with candidates to ensure a seamless experience.
• Keep hiring pipeline moving and ensure next steps happen quickly.
• Maintain accuracy in Ashby and other recruiting systems.
• Promptly collect and relay interview feedback.
• Help recruiters and hiring managers stay organized and on track.
• Improve and automate recruiting workflows as we scale.
• Take ownership of tasks needed to keep hiring moving.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and relentlessly reliable Recruiting Coordinator to help us scale our team.

You’ll own the day-to-day candidate experience and recruiting coordination, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep our hiring pipeline moving quickly and smoothly. This is a high-agency role where speed, judgment, and follow-through matter.

What You’ll Do

Experience
