Job summary

Sela AI, the market-leading AI voice agent for mortgage lenders, is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator. You’ll own the day-to-day candidate experience, scheduling, logistics, and help keep our hiring pipeline moving quickly as we scale.

You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, maintain recruiting systems, and help optimize workflows. This is a high-agency role where speed, judgment, and follow-through matter, with hybrid work in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience preferred.
• Early-career candidates who are smart, organized, fast, and reliable will be considered.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and logistics from initial interview through offer.
• Communicate with candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Keep hiring pipeline moving and ensure next steps happen quickly.
• Maintain accurate data in Ashby and other recruiting systems.
• Ensure timely interview feedback and follow-up.
• Help recruiters and hiring managers stay organized and on track.
• Assist in improving recruiting workflows as we scale.
• Take ownership to keep hiring moving.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and relentlessly reliable Recruiting Coordinator to help us scale our team.

You’ll own the day-to-day candidate experience and recruiting coordination, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep our hiring pipeline moving quickly and smoothly. This is a high-agency role where speed, judgment, and follow-through matter.

What you’ll do

• Own interview scheduling and candidate logistics from initial interview through offer

• Communicate directly with candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience

• Keep our hiring pipeline moving and make sure next steps happen quickly

• Keep Ashby and other recruiting systems accurate and up to date

• Ensure interview feedback is submitted promptly

• Help recruiters and hiring managers stay organized and on track

• Improve and automate recruiting workflows as we scale

• Take ownership of whatever needs to get done to keep hiring moving

Experience

Prior recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience is preferred, but not required. We’re open to exceptional early-career candidates who are smart, organized, fast, and highly reliable. We care more about your ability to learn and execute than your years of experience.
