Job summary

Sela is seeking a highly organized recruiter early in their career to help us scale by focusing on recruiting. You’ll talk to candidates, run interview processes, review resumes, and help hire great people.

Over time, you’ll take on additional operational projects to improve processes across the company. Initially, you’ll recruit across engineering, product, sales, and other functions at a rapidly growing AI startup.
