Job summary

Anyscale is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to be the operational engine behind our hiring process. You’ll own interview scheduling across multiple roles and time zones, ensuring a warm, professional candidate experience.

Coordinate onsite and virtual interview loops, prep interviewers and candidates, maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, and support offers and background checks. Collaborate with recruiters to enhance workflows and drive a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or related operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and calendars in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with Ashby.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across multiple roles and time zones.
• Be a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a warm, professional, and well‑communicated experience.
• Coordinate onsite/virtual interview loops, including prep for interviewers and candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in the ATS.
• Support offer logistics and background check processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes on track.

Compensation

We believe in transparent pay practices. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000 – $120,000 annually. Final salary depends on experience, relevant skills, qualifications, and market considerations.
