About the Role:

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our recruiting team and keeping search processes running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role with a lot of variety — ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial setting and wants to gain real-world recruiting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

Shadow recruiter-led candidate interviews to learn our process

Maintain and update candidate records in our ATS (RecruiterFlow)

Create and apply tags, notes, and custom fields for candidate tracking

Assist with writing and sending outbound recruiting campaigns

Screen applicants for alignment with open roles

Support recruiters with candidate research and prep

Post job descriptions and assist with marketing roles across platforms

Ensure data is entered and maintained accurately in our database

Jump in and assist with special projects as needed
