Job Overview – Recruiting Coordinator (Hybrid):

Compensation: $25 – $40/hour

Location: Stamford, CT

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Our client is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in Stamford, CT (Hybrid) to support a high-volume recruiting team. This temporary role is ideal for organized professionals with experience in interview scheduling, calendar management, and candidate communication. You’ll coordinate virtual and onsite interviews, manage executive calendars, collaborate with hiring managers, and maintain accurate, confidential candidate data.

Responsibilities as the Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews, aligning with candidate and team availability.
  • Candidate Experience: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication and a smooth interview process.
  • Hiring Team Support: Partner with recruiters and managers to organize logistics, gather feedback, and manage next steps.
  • Meeting & Event Prep: Handle visitor access, catering, materials, and notifications for in-person recruiting events.
  • Systems & Calendar Management: Maintain calendars, update applicant tracking systems, and support recruiting documentation.

Qualifications for the Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years in recruiting coordination, executive support, or HR administration, with financial services experience preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with experience in ATS platforms, scheduling tools, and video conferencing software like Zoom and Teams.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs.
