ScottMadden, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Team with interview scheduling, candidate communications, and coordination of recruiting activities.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of administrative or recruiting support experience, a customer-service mindset, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems like UKG.
ScottMadden is seeking a confident and collaborative recruiting coordinator to provide administrative support to our Talent Acquisition Team helping coordinate day-to-day activities and keeping operations running smoothly. The ideal candidates will be located near our Atlanta, Georgia office, as the Recruiting Coordinator is expected to work from the office at least two days a week and remotely the balance of the week.
The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) supports ScottMadden's Talent Acquisition function by scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating recruitment activities and managing candidate information (e.g., assessments, applications, resumes, interview feedback, etc.) and communications.
