Scott & Associates, P.C. is a multi-state legal recoveries law firm seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support growth with recruiting for legal and administrative roles across office locations.

The role suits someone early-to-mid-career who is organized, people-focused, and eager to learn talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment. You will screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, coordinate schedules across states, maintain ATS records, and deliver an exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional phone presence.
• Tech-savvy with email, scheduling tools, and ATS.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate phone interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules across multiple states.
• Maintain and update candidate records in ATS.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Support the full recruitment cycle from posting to offer extension.

The Recruiting Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting our growth efforts and would recruit for legal and administrative roles across multiple office locations.

What You'll Do:

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate phone interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers across multiple states.
• Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Support the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles, from job posting to offer extension.
• Assist with job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment marketing projects.
• Collaborate with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams on process improvements and special projects.
