Blue Origin is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator Lead to support centralized recruitment across business units and locations in the United States. This role focuses on mentoring coordinators, overseeing interview scheduling, and driving efficiency across Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment coordination or related roles, with at least one year in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools such as ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of recruiting coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of recruitment activities.
• Oversee the scheduling of interviews, ensuring a high quality of candidate and interviewer experience.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to streamline recruiting processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead recruitment-related projects, including process improvements and implementation of new tools or systems.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Occasionally assist with the scheduling of interviews and other recruitment logistics as needed.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
