CNS Healthcare is a nonprofit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic expanding its recruiting team in Detroit. The Recruiting Assistant will support talent acquisition with pre-screening, onboarding, system updates, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of HR, onboarding or recruiting support experience.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Understand computer hardware and software systems.
• Strong grammar, punctuation and spell check.
• Ability to analyze information and meet deadlines.
• Experience operating standard office machines and videoconferencing equipment.
• Value cultural and ethnic differences and collaborate effectively.
• Communicate professionally and courteously.
• Maintain discretion with confidential matters.
• Be forward thinking and take initiative to accomplish goals.
• Thrive in a fast-paced office with multiple priorities.
