DC Pines is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support our recruiter and keep the hiring process organized and moving forward in a fast-paced office in Houston, TX. DC Pines is growing, and we’re looking for a Recruiting Assistant to work directly with our Recruiter and help keep our hiring process organized, responsive, and moving forward.
This is a hands‑on support role with a lot of variety. One day you may be reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews; the next you may be researching a career fair, sourcing potential candidates, updating recruiting trackers, or finding a new opportunity to get DC Pines in front of job seekers.
If you’re organized, resourceful, good with people, and love being the person who keeps things moving behind the scenes, this could be a great fit.
Previous recruiting or HR experience is helpful, but it isn’t required. Experience in administrative support, customer service, scheduling, office coordination, or another fast‑paced role can translate well.
