As a Receptionist & Recruiting Assistant, you will bethe first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customerservice to clients, visitors, and employees alike. In addition to traditionalreceptionist duties, you will also play a crucial role in our recruitingefforts, assisting with sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates tosupport our staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assistvisitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and directincoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy andwelcoming reception area.
- Assist with schedulingappointments and meetings.
- Support recruitingefforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initialscreenings of candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with new employeeonboarding, including paperwork and orientation.
- Collaborate with hiringmanagers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Contribute to thedevelopment and implementation of recruiting strategies and initiatives.
- Provide administrativesupport to various departments as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience inreceptionist or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizationalabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask andprioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity withrecruiting processes and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Positive attitude andwillingness to learn and adapt.Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
