Ensurity Group is opening its hiring vertical.

We are looking for a bilingual Recruiting Agent. One position, two markets: Rockwall, Texas, on-site and hybrid, and Latin America, fully remote.

We are not asking for insurance experience. The product, the portal, the quote and the submission process are trained internally, in thirty-minute sessions.

We are asking for the one capability we cannot train: this person has already moved a group of people to act. Sales, network marketing, professional speaking, leadership, coaching, church leadership, TikTok Shop, live commerce, short-form video or marketing. Different rooms, same capability.
