Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. seeks a Regional External Specialist to recruit and support life insurance agents, driving growth for our All-in-One financial services platform in the Richardson, TX area.

You will train and empower agents, coordinate outreach events, and guide clients through financial planning. The role requires a bilingual communicator with 3–5 years in sales or recruitment and a willingness to travel and work weekends.

Qualifications

• Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance preferred; must obtain within 90 days.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Korean.

Responsibilities

• Recruit agents and promote All-in-One service platform.
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, events, and in-person visits to recruit agents.
• Build relationships, attend events, set up booths, distribute materials.
• Educate agents on retirement planning and wealth transfer concepts.
