Industry: Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably having worked with a bank. Strong team management skills and the ability to lead recruitment operations independently are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top BFSI professionals.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring efficiency and quality in hiring processes.
• Database & ATS Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Employer Branding: Enhance employer presence through networking, job portals, and professional platforms.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and maintain necessary records.
