JOBS TERRITORY is seeking a qualified female candidate interested in starting or switching their career.

This opportunity offers the flexibility to work from home for a minimum of 5-6 hours and earn income remotely.

Note: We are looking for ONLY FEMALE candidates with strong experience in NON-IT Recruitment within the BFSI sector.

Working Hours: 4 to 5 hours daily within the window period of 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM, 6 days a week.

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles in the BFSI sector. Responsibilities include sourcing top talent, client interaction, and managing multiple vacancies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage recruitment processes for Non-IT BFSI roles independently.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and job profiles.
  3. Source candidates via job portals, headhunting, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  4. Handle multiple positions with tailored recruitment strategies.
  5. Coordinate with the Team Leader to ensure client satisfaction and meet recruitment goals.
  6. Maintain communication with candidates and clients throughout the process.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment within the BFSI sector.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills and client relationship management.
