Job summary

Требуется опыт в найме, знание ATS и инструментов SMM, а также понимание HR‑практик. В должности акцент на решение задач по поиску и развитию каналов привлечения, с фокусом на репутацию бренда.

Qualifications

• Наличие опыта найма в корпоративной, RPO или агентском окружении.
• Знание ATS и социальных инструментов для найма обязательны.
• Знание принципов, практик и метрик HR, связанных с подбором персонала.

Responsibilities

• Проведение детальных вводных встреч с менеджерами по найму для определения требований к должности и анализа рынка.
• Сотрудничество с внутренними стейкхолдерами для разработки стратегий поиска и привлечения кандидатов.
• Оценка кандидатов по требованиям должности и формирование сильных слепков кандидатов; создание кадровых пулов.
• Поддержание связи с кандидатами и своевременное информирование об их статусе на каждом этапе процесса.
• Согласование условий предложения с руководителями и использование данных рынка для рекомендаций.

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates while building talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.

Требования:

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
