Cielo is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Wisconsin. You will lead high-volume end-to-end recruitment, act as a brand ambassador, and partner with hiring managers to define position specs and market data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting for high-volume recruitment in Healthcare.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
