Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Recruiter Trainee to learn sourcing, screening, and placing candidates, with mentorship from an experienced leader. Trainees are paid hourly during a ~13-week training period and may work overtime at leadership discretion.

Upon successful completion, you will advance to Recruiter 1 as an exempt employee with a base salary of $52,500 plus uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shared phone coverage.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain high-value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold-call prospective candidates.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), School Based Professionals (SBPs), and clients.
• Review and navigate onboarding workflow, becoming familiar with Amergis requirements.
