Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Recruiter Trainee in Wisconsin to develop core recruiting skills across sourcing, screening and placement. New recruiters learn from an experienced leader and teammates to ensure success.

Trainees are paid $21.26/hr during the 13-week training, with overtime possible at leadership discretion. After successful completion, you will be promoted to Recruiter 1 with a salary of $52,500 and uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shared phone coverage.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain high-value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call candidates.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals and clients with timely assistance.
• Navigate the onboarding workflow and learn Amergis requirements and processes.
