Job summary

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting and Meetings.
Collaborate in a fast paced, team oriented environment with shared phone coverage and rapid response expectations.
Prioritize premium roles and maintain strong, high value candidate pipelines.
Leverage recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call prospective candidates.
Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
Review and navigate the full onboarding workflow while learning Amergis requirements and processes.
