Job summary

Kelly Services in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Senior HR Systems Analyst – Benefits to own and optimize Benefits systems, ensure data accuracy, and manage integrations with vendors. This 100% onsite contract role runs Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with an hourly pay rate of $40–$45.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors, provide reporting, support testing and deployments, and identify opportunities to simplify processes and automate workflows.

Qualifications

  • Senior-level HRIS/HR Systems experience.
  • Strong experience supporting Benefits systems and processes.
  • Experience with HR/Benefits data, reporting, integrations, and vendor file feeds.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
  • Experience working with HR, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors.
  • Ability to understand both business requirements and technical system needs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
