Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC in Concord, NC is seeking a Recruiter to help grow our team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will source candidates, interview applicants, and coordinate screenings to ensure a strong candidate experience.

The role emphasizes creative recruiting, collaboration with teams, and maintaining an organized pipeline while delivering results and supporting order fulfillment across our operations.

• One year in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong computer knowledge to navigate the platforms we use.
• Passion for talking with people at all levels and handling stressful situations.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized.

Responsibilities

A day as a Recruiter might look like the following:

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work

• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

To be successful as a Recruiter, you will want to have:

• 1 year in a fast-paced, high volume-driven environment
• A strong computer knowledge so you can navigate the platforms we use
• A passion for talking with people of all levels and being able to handle stressful situations
• Being able to manage your time and stay organized
