Job summary

EmployBridge in Troutman, NC is seeking a Field Recruiter to build a strong candidate pipeline and partner with internal teams to fill order opportunities. You will brainstorm recruiting ideas, attract talent through postings and social channels, and interview candidates to identify the best fit.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, excellent communication, and diligent screening, including background checks and I-9s, to move qualified candidates into work assignments quickly and accurately.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a fast-paced environment, preferably staffing.
• Strong computer knowledge to navigate the platforms we use.
• Ability to engage with people at all levels and handle stressful situations.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work

• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9's so we can get them to work!

To be successful as a Field Recruiter, you will want to have:

• 1 year in a fast-paced, high volume-driven environment, preferably staffing
• A strong computer knowledge so you can navigate the platforms we use
• A passion for talking with people of all levels and being able to handle stressful situations
• A Strong customer service focus
• Being able to manage your time and stay organized
