What You'll Do
- Identify, recruit, interview, and engage accounting, finance, and HR professionals in your local market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates throughout their job search and career journey.
- Consult with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
- Build and grow a network of professionals and referral sources.
- Partner with internal business development and recruiting teams to drive successful placements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, creating strong matches between talent and opportunity.
- Manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Ideal Background
- Experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, customer-facing, or relationship-based roles preferred.
- This may include recruiting, staffing, admissions, career services, hospitality management, retail leadership, account management, or consultative sales.
- Motivated by goals, achievement, and helping others succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with professionals at all levels.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities at once.
