Job summary

onX is seeking a skilled recruiter to independently develop sourcing strategies and manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned searches. You will partner with hiring managers and the TA team to drive momentum and deliver top talent across the US.

With 4+ years of in-house technical recruiting, you will proactively engage passive candidates, demonstrate strong judgment, and handle multiple requisitions with urgency and discipline in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You'll Bring:

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annualized base salary range $100,000–$120,000 (prorated for six-month term).
