Hunter Hamilton is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our client's high-volume hiring needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote, temporary position ideal for someone located in the Central or Mountain time zones who is passionate about recruitment and eager to grow their talent acquisition career. It is estimated to last at least 60 days with potential for extension depending on business need and performance.

What You'll Do:

  Source, screen, and assess candidates to fill a variety of non-exempt roles.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct high-volume resume reviews and initial phone screens.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates across time zones.

  
  


• 
  

  Support senior recruiters and hiring managers in executing hiring plans and meeting time-to-fill targets.

  
  


• 
  

  Track and update candidate activity using applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as iCIMs and SuccessFactors.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with the broader TA team to support diversity hiring goals and inclusive recruitment practices.

  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 
  

  2-3 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, non-exempt environment-preferably in manufacturing or transportation.

  Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with a keen eye for talent.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, resume databases).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, time management, and administrative skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities.

  
  


• 
  

  Flexible to occasionally support West Coast hours as needed for candidate outreach and interviews.
