Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of internal recruiting experience in the pharmaceutical industry (must have worked as a Recruiter or TA for a biopharmaceutical organization or a CDMO directly)
• Proven success full-cycle recruiting and hiring for pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality roles
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience using Workday

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ServiceNow
• Understanding of GMP environments

Summary:

A leading CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across its Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Quality teams. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and has a strong background in pharmaceutical recruiting. This position is a 2-mo. contract role with high possibility for extensions. Candidates must have internal TA/Recruiter experience for a pharmaceutical or CDMO company.
