Altamar Physician & Advanced Practice Services is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team and support full-cycle recruitment for Locum Tenens physicians and APPs, from sourcing and interviewing to placement and onboarding.

You’ll work with healthcare professionals, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain strong candidate relationships. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; strong communication, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Altamar Physician & Advanced Practice Services, a Stone Harbor Staffing SBU, is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team!

In this role, you’ll support the full-cycle recruitment of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for Locum Tenens opportunities—from sourcing and interviewing to placement, onboarding, and ongoing candidate support.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, proactive, people-oriented, and eager to learn. Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or healthcare is a plus, but we’re also open to candidates who are ready to build their career in recruitment.

What You’ll Do
