Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a recruiter to join our team, focusing on attracting top talent for various roles. You will brainstorm, market postings, and interview candidates to fill opportunities and build a strong candidate pipeline.

You will also conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verifications to move hires forward. Experience in recruiting and a customer-facing background are valued, with bilingual Spanish/English encouraged.

Qualifications

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required.
• Retail or Restaurant experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.
