We are searching for an exceptional recruiter to join our Rochester team. Responsibilities

At NYTP you will manage the entire recruitment process for both consulting and full-time positions in the Engineering, Manufacturing/Skilled Trades, Construction and IT marketplace. Working across all industries with some of the best Fortune 5000 clients in the Upstate NY area, you will be responsible for sourcing, submitting candidates, coordination of the interview process and negotiating and closing deals.

Requirements

MUST HAVE 2-10 years of current Staffing industry experience in the Engineering, Manufacturing or IT domain and currently reside in the Rochester area. Must have used LinkedIn extensively for recruiting. We are not a micro-managed, metrics driven firm. We need a highly organized, resourceful, and self motivated team player who can get creative and think outside-the-box to find potential new candidates.
