Job summary

EmployBridge in Columbia, SC is seeking a Recruiter to join our in-office team. You will brainstorm ways to attract great candidates, apply marketing to postings and social media, and build a strong pipeline to fulfill orders efficiently.

The role requires handling 40+ customer interactions daily, performing interviews, drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verifications to get hires started. Bilingual abilities are encouraged to apply and MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred
• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus
