We're building a network of motivated, independent recruiting professionals who want the flexibility of contractor work with the support of an established platform. We're looking for those experienced in Business Development, Engineering, Information Technology, Health & Medical, etc.

The Opportunity

We're seeking experienced, self-motivated recruiters to join our team as independent contractors. You'll work on commission-only basis with access to our client relationships and job orders while maintaining the flexibility to build your own recruiting practice.

What You'll Do

  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for client positions
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from initial outreach to offer acceptance
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates in your specialty areas
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure excellent client service
  • Represent Koger professionally in all candidate and client interactions

What You Bring

Required:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
  • Proven track record of successful placements
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Professional recruiting tools and resources (LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, resume databases, etc.)
  • Reliable internet connection and professional workspace

Preferred:

  • Existing network in specific industry verticals
  • Experience with commission-based recruiting
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and compliance
