Job summary

I Am Boundless, a nonprofit serving Ohio for over 40 years, is seeking a Recruiter to build relationships with field staff, source and screen candidates, and fill open roles for individuals with disabilities and client needs.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, leverage HRIS tools, and deliver excellent service to candidates and hiring teams while upholding compliance and PSLF awareness and offering strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year+ related experience in healthcare staffing preferred.
• Experience with full cycle recruiting: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, and relationship management.
• Experience with HRIS software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build sound relationships with field staff and generate referrals.
• Prospect and screen new candidates to fill open job orders.
• Provide excellent customer service while meeting goals for field personnel.

What You’ll Do:

As a Recruiter, you’ll play a meaningful role in building sound relationships with field staff, generating referrals and prospecting new candidates. The Recruiter must meet company and client expectations for producing quality candidates for open job orders. They must provide excellent customer service while meeting the goals and needs of field personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum one year + of related experience, preferably in the healthcare staffing industry.
• Must possess a high level of knowledge in full cycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, relationship management and due diligence.
• Experience working in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with HRIS software preferred.
• Human Resources certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record, if applicable.
