The ideal candidate will rely on extensive experience and judgment, lead or direct others when required, and support new recruiting requirements with creativity and strong problem solving. A bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of recruiting experience are expected.

Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment. The ideal candidate will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This role involves a wide degree of creativity and latitude and may include leading and directing the work of others. This is a high-priority position to support new recruiting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and check references for potential employees.
• Extend offers and conduct orientation for new hires.
• Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
• Perform a variety of tasks related to recruitment.
• May lead and direct the work of others.

Required Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree may be required.

• Skills: Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is necessary.
