Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter II Public Sector to join our Talent Acquisition team in Seattle. This 11-month contract role focuses on high-volume security-clearance recruitment, handling intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding for diverse teams onsite.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of corporate recruiting experience.
• U.S. citizenship required to support cleared recruiting efforts.
• Recent experience using AI tools and modern ATS systems, especially LinkedIn Recruiter and Hire ATS.
• Ability to work independently with a globally dispersed team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Experience handling corporate candidates and managing high-volume requisitions (20+ reqs).

Our client, a leading organization in the global sales and public sector support industry, is seeking a Recruiter II (Public Sector) to join their team. As a Recruiter II you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting high-volume security clearance recruiting for diverse teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter II Public Sector

Location: Seattle, WA (100% Onsite)

Pay Range: $42-45/hr.

Job Type: 11-month contract with the potential for hire/extension

Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm
