Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Sparks, NV.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage the full recruiting cycle from intake to onboarding, and help build a robust pipeline for the Energy division. The ideal candidate has at least five years of corporate recruiting experience, strong communication, and the ability to attract top talent across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of corporate recruiting experience, including supervisory/management roles.
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as web, social networks, and professional platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a self-starter attitude and diligent work ethic.
• Knowledge of employment laws and experience with high-volume technical or operational recruiting.
