Job summary

Becklar, LLC is seeking an entry-level Recruiter I to support the full-cycle recruiting process across our growing organization. You’ll post jobs, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS data to help hiring managers move candidates efficiently.

You'll collaborate with a collaborative team, learn our talent acquisition approach, and contribute to candidate experience from first contact to offer. The role offers growth in recruiting skills in a dynamic safety-tech company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
  • 0–2 years of recruiting or HR-related experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Post job openings on internal platforms and external job boards.
  • Review resumes and screen candidates for basic qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and candidate data.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers in the full-cycle process.
  • Assist with sourcing candidates using job boards and recruiting tools.
  • Contribute to career fairs and campus recruiting events.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely updates.

Job Summary

The Recruiter I is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the recruitment process through sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. This role is ideal for individuals early in their recruiting career who are eager to learn and develop talent acquisition skills in a collaborative team environment. The Recruiter I will assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) data while supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the full-cycle recruiting process.

What You’ll Do
  • Post job openings on internal platforms and external job boards
  • Review resumes and screen candidates for basic qualifications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates and support throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist with sourcing candidates using job boards and recruiting tools
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers in the full-cycle recruiting process
  • Help coordinate career fairs, campus recruiting events, and other talent outreach initiatives
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and coordination
  • Assist with administrative recruiting tasks and documentation as needed
  • Support team efforts to meet hiring goals and recruitment timelines
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–2 years of recruiting or HR-related experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of recruiting processes and talent acquisition principles
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards (preferred)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
