The Recruiter I is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the recruitment process through sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. This role is ideal for individuals early in their recruiting career who are eager to learn and develop talent acquisition skills in a collaborative team environment. The Recruiter I will assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) data while supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the full-cycle recruiting process.
