Job summary

Community Healthcare Network is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and create a positive candidate experience.

The role requires building diverse talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through offers, with onboarding support as needed. Healthcare recruiting experience is preferred and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of prior Human Resources experience required.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Post openings across multiple platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct screening and interviews, evaluating qualifications and skills.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process, setting expectations and providing timely feedback.
  • Assist with onboarding and related post‑offer activities as needed.

The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Position Summary

The Recruiter is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire high‑quality talent across the organization. This role manages the full‑cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and deliver a seamless, positive candidate experience. The Recruiter builds and maintains diverse talent pipelines through various sourcing initiatives, facilitates interviews, and recommends in the selection process to ensure the organization attracts qualified and mission‑aligned professionals.

Duties And Responsibilities
Essential Functions
  • Coordinates with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and develop effective recruitment and placement strategies.
  • Identifies, develops, and implements effective recruitment methods and sourcing strategies based on position requirements, to attract and hire qualified candidates in a timely manner.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including but not limited to the following:
  • Posts job openings across multiple recruitment platforms and proactively manages candidate pipelines.
  • Conducts screening and placement interviews and evaluates candidates' qualifications, and skills.
  • Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Assists with recommending candidates for hire, promotion, and transfer, as appropriate.
  • Guides candidates through the interview and selection process by setting clear expectations, providing timely communication and feedback, and negotiates offers.
  • Conducts reference check, background screening, and pre‑employment processes in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintains current knowledge of recruitment trends, employment laws, and human resources best practices through ongoing professional development, including participation in webinars, and industry networking events.
  • Participates in career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives to promote the organization's employment opportunities.
  • Serves as a backup member of the onboarding team, providing support with new hire onboarding, orientations, and related post‑offer activities as needed.
  • Performs other recruitment‑related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline required.
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of prior Human Resources experience required.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or healthcare‑related environment is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
