Cielo Recruiter role is remote and focuses on service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for the client and delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive communication. You will serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition and offer consultative direction to hiring leaders.

• High school diploma required.
• Recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• French Canadian language proficiency; able to manage Canada/US requisitions.
• Experience with ATS and social media recruiting tools.
• Familiarity with HR principles and metrics in talent acquisition.

• Work Hours: Mon-Fri / 8am-5pm CST

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine positionspecifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agencysetting.
• French Canadian speaking recruiter that can manage requisitions in Canada and US.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics relatedto talent acquisition.
