Job summary

Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. seeks an internal Recruiter (Temporary) to support our Irvine, CA headquarters for approximately six months.

The role covers full-cycle recruiting for exempt, non-exempt, and intern positions, including postings, screening, interviews, offers, and background checks. You will source candidates, build pipelines, onboard new hires, maintain our ATS/HRIS (ADP preferred), audit files, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in experience.
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience with emphasis on recruiting.
• Full cycle recruiting experience required.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking system and HRIS software (ADP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt, non-exempt, and intern positions, including job postings, resume review, phone screens, interview scheduling, hiring manager follow-up, offers, and reference and background checks
• Source candidates and build talent pipelines
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and a smooth orientation and onboarding process for new hires
• Maintain our applicant tracking system and HRIS, run reports, and recommend process improvements
• Create and maintain employee files and I-9s, and conduct audits as needed
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
• Support the broader HR team as needed
• Additional tasks as needed
