You’ll source, interview, and recommend top talent, act as a trusted advisor, build strong pipelines, and partner with the business to improve recruiting outcomes. Responsibilities include full lifecycle recruiting, on-site group interviews, and hiring events; close collaboration with managers and People Team; and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers throughout recruitment.
• Proven track record of meeting TA metrics.
• Experience negotiating complex offers with candidates.

What You Get To Do Everyday

• Be hands-on and highly visible on-site, hosting 2–3 group interviews and hiring events each week at our Perth Amboy facility.
• Constantly build the talent pipeline through proactive outreach, sourcing, referrals, community partnerships, and other creative ways to reach local talent.
• Sell the opportunity every day — connecting candidates to our company, our culture, and the opportunities available within our warehouse teams.
• Manage the full recruiting process from initial outreach and screening through interviews, and offer.
• Move quickly and stay organized, balancing a high volume of candidates and open roles while creating a positive, efficient candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and the People Team to understand hiring needs, evaluate candidates, and keep the process moving.
• Build strong candidate relationships, answer questions honestly, set expectations, and help candidates feel confident about joining The RealReal.
• Use recruiting tools and data to drive results, tracking funnel activity and consistently meeting or exceeding TA goals.
• Continuously look for ways to improve how we attract, engage, and hire talent in a competitive local market.
• Represent The RealReal in the community, building relationships that strengthen our local talent pipeline and employer brand.
• Jump in where needed to support broader Talent Acquisition and People Team initiatives.

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to partner with and effectively influence hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Results-driven and self-motivated professional with a proven ability to meet and surpass TA performance metrics.
• Strong experience in managing complex offers and negotiations with candidates, with a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to travel as needed, up to 10%.

Preferred Requirements:

• Warehouse recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with Workday and Phenom.

The expected salary range for this role is $100,000-$115,000. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
