Job summary

FoxMore Staffing is seeking independent recruitment agents for a 100% remote role covering the US and Canada. Earn commissions up to 94% on placements, with a tiered client-fee split and supportive in-house branding and tools.

You control your schedule and work from anywhere as you build your own business. Expect a monthly platform subscription, autonomy over client and candidate sourcing, and the potential for substantial earnings based on performance.

• Own a laptop, outbound phone line, and reliable internet connection.
• Act as an Independent Agent – source both clients and candidates.
• All expenses related to client transactions are deducted from commissions.
• Pay a monthly subscription fee of $123 to sell on FoxMore's platform.
• After the six-month anniversary, incorporate your business and obtain E&O insurance.
• All California and New York residents must begin with a corporation.

Job description

Commission Structure

Up to 94% commissions on permanent placement positions in the US/Canada. Recruiters receive 70% of the client fee on the first $150,000 of the full‑cycle fee and 94% on any amount thereafter.

Example 1: A recruiter’s cumulative commissions over a 12‑month period are $200,000. Gross commission: $200,000. Commission on the first $150,000: $150,000 ×70%=$105,000. Commission on the remaining $50,000: $50,000 ×94%=$47,000. Total anniversary commissions: $152,000.

Example 2: A recruiter’s cumulative commissions over a 12‑month period are $400,000. Gross commission: $400,000. Commission on the first $150,000: $150,000 ×70%=$105,000. Commission on the remaining $250,000: $250,000 ×94%=$235,000. Total anniversary commissions: $340,000.

Commissions are paid during the first bi‑weekly period after client funds are received.
