ABM is hiring a Recruiter for our Frontline Talent Acquisition Team to support high-volume hiring of janitorial staff in the Phoenix area. This Hybrid role requires in-office presence 4 days a week at our Tempe office and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

The Recruiter will source and attract top talent, develop recruiting plans, and manage the full lifecycle from presentation through negotiation and closing, while leveraging bilingual English/Spanish skills when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume recruiting processes.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing and interview skills.

Job description

ABM is hiring a Recruiter for our Frontline Talent Acquisition Team! This high-volume role will support hiring primarily janitorial team members in our Phoenix Market. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.

This is a Hybrid Work Arrangement (in-office 4 days/week) in our ABM office located at 7420 South Kyrene Road, Tempe, AZ 85283.

As an integral member of the centralized Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will source and attract top talent to ABM. This is achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing creative and non-traditional strategies and managing the full life cycle of the process including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components.
