ABM is hiring a Recruiter for our Frontline Talent Acquisition Team in NYC and the Northeast Markets. This high-volume role will support hiring primarily janitorial team members for our NYC and Northeast Markets.

Hybrid Role (In-office Mon-Thu) located at One Liberty Plaza, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10006. As an integral member of the centralized Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will source and attract top talent to ABM.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is preferred.

ABM is hiring a Recruiter for our Frontline Talent Acquisition Team! This high-volume role will support hiring primarily janitorial team membersfor ourNYC and Northeast Markets. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is preferred.

This is a Hybrid Role (In-office Mon-Thu) located at One Liberty Plaza, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10006.

As an integral member of the centralized Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will source and attract top talent to ABM. This is achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing creative and non-traditional strategies and managing the full life cycle of the process including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components.

Pay: $75,000-$85,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
