AeroVect Technologies Inc. is seeking a driven Recruiter, Field Operations to help build a world-class operations team as we scale to serve major airports globally.

You will source and attract top talent for operators, technicians, and related roles in a fast-growing startup environment. Work closely with the Head of Talent and operations to align hiring objectives with sourcing strategies, delivering a strong talent pipeline and an exceptional candidate experience across multiple recruiting

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent.
• Proven track record sourcing field operations talent (operators, technicians, etc.).
• Experience with ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever.

• Partner with Head of Talent and operations to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies.
• Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.

You Will

• Source top talent for AeroVect in a highly competitive market.

• Partner closely with AeroVect’s Head of Talent and operations team to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies.

• Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates

• Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.

• Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent (e.g. networking, events, marketing, etc.).

You Have

• 1+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent

• A proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting field operations talent (operators, technicians, etc)

• Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS

• Experience with fast growing and quick scaling start-ups
