Job summary

Outsource is seeking motivated individuals to build a career in recruiting, sales, and account management. The role offers base pay with uncapped commissions and on-target earnings in the $60,000–$70,000 range, plus comprehensive benefits.

As a recruiter, you will use our database and sourcing tools, make outbound calls, screen candidates, and coordinate onboarding. This is a dynamic, fast-paced opportunity with growth into leadership roles based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the company's database and external sourcing tools to identify prospective candidates.
• Conduct recruiting outreach to prospective and existing candidates, including a goal of approximately 50 calls per day.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for current and future employment opportunities.
• Facilitate candidate onboarding and employment documentation processes.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Match qualified candidates with client job opportunities.
• Generate and communicate potential sales leads to the Sales and Account Management teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $24.05 per hour

Additional Compensation: Eligible for uncapped commission based on individual performance. Estimated on-target earnings (base pay plus commission) are approximately $60,000 to $70,000 annually; actual earnings may vary.
