Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Recruiter/Delivery Coordinator to source, engage, and place top talent. You will match candidates to open roles using our digital tools and our mobile platform, delivering excellent service to clients and meeting delivery goals.

Key duties include managing open job orders, guiding onboarding, building a strong talent pool, tracking fulfillment, and using our ATS and mobile app to communicate with candidates and share job opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
• High-volume recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience with ATS and mobile recruitment platforms.
• Ability to meet delivery metrics and goals.
• Process-oriented with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

As aRecruiter/Delivery Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving company success by sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier talent. You will match qualified candidates to open positions using our digital tools and mobile platform, ensuring exceptional service for clients while meeting operational goals. Working alongside a supportive team, you will keep hiring processes running smoothly and make a direct impact every week.

Key Responsibilities

• Match Talent to Opportunities: Actively manage open job orders, contact qualified candidates, and build enthusiasm for upcoming roles.
• Ensure Smooth Onboarding: Guide new hires through the complete onboarding journey—from background checks and compliance to site orientations—ensuring a seamless start.
• Build a strong Talent Pool: Proactively source and engage talent across multiple channels to maintain a robust pipeline for immediate and future client needs.
• Maintain Operational Track: Track job fulfillment rates, resolve start-day issues, and share market feedback with the sales team to continuously align with client demand.
• Leverage Recruitment Technology: Utilize our proprietary mobile app and ATS platforms to communicate with talent, share job openings, and streamline candidate management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: At least 1 year of recruiting and talent acquisition experience preferred.
• High-Volume Recruiting: Fast-paced / high-volume recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
• Tech Proficiency: Proven experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and mobile recruitment platforms.
• Metric-Driven Success: Track record of meeting or exceeding key delivery metrics and performance goals.
• Process Accuracy: Demonstrated ability to follow detailed, process-oriented workflows with high accuracy.
• Urgency & Agility: strong capacity to deliver talent under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
