Job summary

Pavago is seeking a results-oriented Recruiter to join its fully remote team. You will source, screen, and advance candidates for US-based startups and growing companies, coordinating with Account Managers to ensure profiles match client expectations.

This role emphasizes fast-paced hiring across multiple industries, rigorous candidate experience, and timely updates in internal systems. You will conduct phone screenings, present vetted packages, and move high-potential candidates through the

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency or offshore environments.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience recruiting for SDRs, EAs, Customer Support, Marketing, Operations, or Technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Conduct phone screenings and recruiter interviews to evaluate communication, professionalism, technical fit, and overall candidate quality
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining speed and organization
• Coordinate candidate pipeline stages and maintain accurate updates inside internal systems
• Present fully vetted candidate packages including resumes, interview notes, salary expectations, and recordings
• Work closely with Account Managers and leadership to align candidate profiles with client expectations
• Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain engagement and availability
• Maintain high standards for candidate experience and communication
• Support urgent hiring requests and fast-moving searches across different industries

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of searches

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting international remote talent

• Familiarity with HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, or recruiting CRMs
• Previous experience in staffing, BPO, or offshore recruitment companies
